**1. Subscription Cancellations:**
You may cancel your flower subscription at any time by contacting our team at krysta@krystasmith.com. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will ensure that you are not charged for the upcoming delivery.

**2. Refund Eligibility:**
We strive to deliver the highest quality flowers, but if you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
   - Flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition.
   - Incorrect flowers are delivered, not in accordance with your subscription preferences.
   - Delivery issues caused by our service, such as late or missed deliveries.

**3. Reporting Issues:**
To be eligible for a refund, you must report any issues with your flower delivery within 48 hours of receiving the flowers. Please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the problem when contacting us.

**4. Refund Process:**
Once your issue is reported and reviewed, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

**5. Non-Refundable Items:**
Gift cards, promotional items, or any non-floral products included in your subscription are non-refundable.

**6. Address Changes:**
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is accurate. Any issues arising from incorrect delivery information may not be eligible for a refund.

**7. Seasonal Variation:**
Please note that flower availability and colours may vary based on seasonal availability. We strive to provide a diverse and beautiful selection throughout the year.
