To start the booking process, simply reach out to us with your event date and any initial details or preferences you have for your floral design.

Wedding Appraisal

Once we receive your enquiry, Krysta or one of the team will promptly respond to discuss your floral needs in detail. We will gather information about your date, venue, desired floral arrangements, and any specific requirements you have in mind. This initial conversation will help us understand your vision and preferences.

Initial Proposal

After discussing your floral needs, we will prepare a detailed quote, including some preliminary designs, tailored to your specific requirements. This quote will include an itemised breakdown of the proposed floral arrangements, including seasonal flowers, quantities, design elements, and any additional services requested. We aim to provide transparent pricing so you can make informed decisions.

Secure Your Date

To secure your wedding/event date with us, we require a 30% deposit based on the total quoted price. This deposit ensures that we reserve our services exclusively for your date. Once we receive the deposit, your date will be officially confirmed in our calendar.


Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm the receipt and update our records accordingly. We will continue to work closely with you throughout the planning and design process, providing guidance, finalising details, and ensuring that everything is in place to create the floral design of your dreams.

We will work tirelessly to turn your venue into a captivating space that will leave a lasting impression on both you and your guests. Our dedicated team will be present to ensure that every floral element is flawlessly executed. We will take care of every aspect with meticulous attention to detail.

  • How far in advance should we secure a wedding floral designer for our floral needs?
    For couples who are passionate about floral design and wish to invest in their wedding flowers, we recommend starting the search for a wedding florist as early as possible. This allows ample time to find a designer who aligns with your creative vision and availability, especially during peak wedding seasons when in-demand designers tend to book up quickly. Krysta's books tend to open in the autumn for the following calendar year. She is usually fully booked within 2-3 months!
  • Why is it important to hire a professional wedding floral designer?
    If you're a couple who value floral design as a central element of your wedding aesthetics, it's essential to work with a designer who shares your vision and appreciation for floristry as an art-form. For Krysta, this is a focus on eco-conscious floristry through a love of nature, bringing the outdoors inside and a focus on colour design through the use of enchanting, seasonal blooms. A skilled wedding floral designer with an eye for design will curate stunning arrangements, ensuring that every floral detail reflects your style and enhances the overall ambiance of your wedding day.
  • How can we find a wedding floral designer who values bespoke designs as much as we do?
    Consider yourself in the right spot! Have you explored our Portfolio to get a sense of our aesthetic and attention to detail? Have you read our client's Testimonials? These can provide valuable insights and recommendations based on their firsthand experiences. Have you scheduled a no-obligation-to-book consultation with Krysta? During these meetings discuss your floral aspirations, preferred styles, and any specific desires you have for your wedding flowers. Look for a designer who not only listens attentively but also shares ideas to elevate your vision and create unforgettable floral displays.
  • What should we bring or prepare for our initial consultation to ensure Krysta understands our needs?
    To make the most of your initial consultation and ensure Krysta understands your desire to invest in floral design, consider the following: Inspirational References: Compile a collection of images, mood boards, or Pinterest boards that reflect your floral aspirations. Include specific examples of floral arrangements, colour palettes, flower types and design elements that resonate with your vision. Wedding Details: Provide your wedding date, venue information, guest count, and any specific floral requirements you may have. Sharing these details will help Krysta better understand the scale of your wedding and the scope of floral arrangements required to bring your vision to life. Budget Allocation: Be transparent about your willingness to invest in your wedding flowers. By clearly communicating your floral budget, you will enable Krysta to suggest floral designs that align with your financial commitment.
  • What is your policy on cancellations and changes?
    We understand that life happens, and that sometimes weddings need to be cancelled or changed for situations beyond our control. It is important to us to make sure that you feel comfortable with our cancellation and change policy: Cancellations If you need to cancel your wedding flowers, we will refund your deposit minus a 15% cancellation fee (to cover admin hours incurred). If you cancel within 2 weeks of your wedding date, we will not be able to issue a refund as the flowers will have already been ordered. Changes If you need to make changes to your wedding flowers, we can keep refining the designs up until 2 weeks prior the wedding date. Regarding the administrative side of things, there may be some changes that I am unable to make. For example, if you need to change the date of your wedding, I may not be able to get the same flowers that were originally available but will work closely together to make the right substitutions.
  • How long do we have to respond to the initial proposal?
    Please note that our quotes remain valid for one week. Dates book up quickly, and when they're gone, they're gone! To avoid disappointment, we recommend responding to a quote with the 30% deposit as quickly as possible; this will block out the week of your wedding in Krysta's calendar and kickstart the in-depth design process.
  • Can Krysta assist with other wedding-related events or occasions that require floral designs?
    Certainly! With her background as a Global Multi Award Winning Wedding Planner, Krysta will often offer her services for various wedding-related events, such as engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and more. If you desire floral design and/or styling for these occasions, discuss your requirements with Krysta during the consultation, and she will be delighted to create magic for you.
  • What can we expect in terms of the quality and exclusivity of flowers when investing a significant amount in our wedding floral arrangements?
    Investing in your wedding floral arrangements opens up a world of possibilities. You can expect the following: ​An Abundance of Varieties and/or Premium Blooms: With a generous budget, Krysta and her team will have the opportunity to source exceptional, premium blooms that can often be difficult to include within smaller allocated budgets. From rare flowers to high-end varieties, your arrangements will showcase the finest variety of floral selections. Luxurious Design Elements: Krysta will have the resources to incorporate lavish design elements, such as cascading installations, elaborate arches, and exquisite tabletop arrangements. These luxurious details will elevate the overall visual impact and create a truly awe-inspiring atmosphere. Personalised Attention: When investing significantly in wedding flowers with our team, you can expect a higher level of personalisation and attention to detail. We will work closely and continuously with you and/or your wedding planner to understand your requirements, refine your vision, and create bespoke floral designs that are tailored specifically to your style.
  • How involved can we be in the creative process when collaborating with Krysta for our floral needs?
    Regardless of budget allocation, you can expect a highly collaborative and personalised experience. Krysta and her team will involve you in the creative process, allowing you to provide input and share your ideas, while also offering their expertise to bring your vision to life ensuring that every floral detail surpasses your expectations.
  • Does Krysta offer props such as candles and/or any other styling?
    Absolutely! We also offer a variety of other props to help you create the perfect atmosphere for your event, such as : ​ Tapered candle holders + tapered candles Glass chimneys Pillar candle holders + pillar candles Black chrome + glass lanterns ​Hand-dyed table runners Hand-dyed napkins ​Stationery + signage Ceremony backdrops from flower towers, circular/square frames, plinths, etc. to name but a few Ceramic / glass vases
  • Will Krysta be able to handle the logistics and setup of our floral arrangements?
    Absolutely! Krysta and her team are more than experienced in handling all means of floral designs and installations, and will manage all aspects of logistics and setup. From sourcing premium blooms to meticulously orchestrating the delivery and installation, they will ensure that your floral arrangements are flawlessly executed, leaving you stress-free to enjoy your wedding day.
